I have been commercial gardening for over 10 years. I was the master gardener at Arrows restaurant for 3 years where I started growing microgreens, microherbs, shoots and edible flowers. When Arrows closed I decided to growing them commercially and supply farmers markets and restaurants. I also grow specialty greens and hope to get more space to expand and grow baby greens. Most of what I produce comes from my greenhouse behind my house.
