Miller Farm

New Durham, NH

Rich Leonard

Back in the 1770’s the Miller family built their home on Birch Hill Ridge in New Durham. Around 1920 the Miller Family moved and the homestead was unoccupied until it was sold to the Eaton family 50 years later. Craig and Pat Eaton fully restored the property and sold to the Leonard family in 2004. Within two years the sugar house was resurrected, a horse barn was built and an orchard was planted. Located on 40 acres Miller Farm is a beautiful and peaceful place that says “Welcome”.
