Black Kettle Farm is a MOFGA certified organic vegetable and herb farm that can be found at the Portsmouth Farmers' market every Saturday and on the menus of restaurants on the Seacoast. Black Kettle feeds over 100 households through it's Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) with options to pick-up on the farm in Lyman, ME or for delivery to the Sanford-Springvale YMCA or Portland's East End. The farm participates in a low income Senior CSA share program and also raises happy pigs on pasture, inquire about our pork shares!

Black Kettle Farm specializes in GREENS! Lettuce, bok choi, kale, chard, arugula, collards and salad mix! Along with tons of carrots, sweet potatoes, peppers, cabbage, onions, garlic, broccoli and tomatoes.

Community Supported Agriculture (CSA)

Black Kettle Farm offers 19 weeks of MOFGA certified organic produce for $500, mid June through October. Members choose to pick-up on the farm in Lyman or at the Sanford-Springvale YMCA Tuesday afternoons, or for delivery to Portland on Wednesday afternoons. Members can pay in full and receive a free Black Kettle tote bag, or choose from a variety of payment plans. It is necessary to submit a deposit to secure your share prior to the start of the season.
